Because Noolyte is a consumable beverage product, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure product safety and quality control.
Returns
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
• Product must be unopened
• Product must be in original packaging
• Product must be in resaleable condition
• Proof of purchase is required
We do not accept returns on opened, partially consumed, or damaged cans.
Non-Refundable Items
• Opened or partially consumed products
• Sale or promotional items
• Gift cards
• Shipping costs
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact info@noolyte.com within 7 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Photos of the damage
• A brief description of the issue
We will review and determine an appropriate resolution.
How to Request a Return
Email info@noolyte.com with your order number and reason for return.
Returns must be approved before being shipped back.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Refund Processing
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Banks and card issuers may require additional time to post the refund.
