Subscription Policy

Noolyte offers subscription-based deliveries at discounted rates for consistent performance support.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms below.

Subscription Options

Available subscription intervals may include:

• Weekly
• Every 2 Weeks
• Monthly
• Every 2 Months

All subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing date.

Billing & Authorization

By subscribing, you authorize Noolyte to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to your chosen delivery frequency.

Charges occur automatically at the start of each billing cycle.

Shipping fees and applicable taxes are calculated at the time of billing.

If payment fails, we may retry the charge. Continued payment failure may result in pause or cancellation of the subscription.

Early Access & Promotional Pricing

If you subscribe during an early access or promotional pricing period:

• Your discounted rate will remain active for as long as your subscription remains uninterrupted.
• If you cancel your subscription, you forfeit access to that promotional rate.
• Promotional pricing cannot be reinstated once canceled.

This structure protects early supporters while maintaining pricing integrity.

Managing Your Subscription

You may:

• Pause
• Modify delivery frequency
• Update billing information
• Cancel

Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing date.

Once an order has processed, it cannot be canceled.

Refunds

Subscription charges are non-refundable once processed.

Refund requests may be reviewed in cases of damaged or incorrect shipments in accordance with our Refund Policy.

We do not offer partial refunds for unused subscription periods.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing.

Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to future billing cycles.

Promotional or early-access pricing rules remain subject to the Early Access section above.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate subscriptions due to:

• Fraudulent activity
• Abuse of promotional pricing
• Chargebacks
• Policy violations
• Repeated payment failures
